Our Awards

Every year in April, our Chapter has the Awards Ceremony and New Member introduction.  At this meeting the Ticktockers are recognized for outstanding service.

Our Chapter shall present the following Chapter Awards each year:

  • Modelette Award
  • Mission Bell Award
  • Yellow Rosebud Award
  • Heart of Gold Award
  • Yellow Rose Award
  • Yellow Rose Bouquet Award
  • Hourglass Award
  • Mother-Daughter Award
  • Senior Service Award
  • Service Award Certificate

How the Program

Modelette Award – The Award is given to the Ticktocker who best exemplifies the three pillars of NCL and who has the most outstanding accomplishments and contributions to our chapter.

Merci Award – Given to a Ticktocker(s) who completes the most philanthropic service hours during the year. In the event of a tie, multiple awards may be given.

Mother-Daughter Award – Given to all Mother/Daughter teams within a Chapter who earn 50 hours each of philanthropy hours together. In the event that there are no Mother/Daughter teams that earn 50 hours each of philanthropy hours together, the Mother /Daughter Team with the most hours earned will be presented the award.

Senior Service Award – Given to a Senior Ticktocker for the highest number of cumulative philanthropic service hours earned during her years as a Ticktocker, and it is awarded at the Senior Recognition event.

Mission Bell Award – Given to a Ticktocker(s) who completes fifty (50) hours of service in one Chapter philanthropy.

Yellow Rosebud Award – Given to a Ticktocker(s) who completes fifty (50) hours of service in combined Chapter philanthropies.

Heart of Gold Award – Given to a Ticktocker(s) who completes seventy-five (75) hours of service in one Chapter philanthropy.

Yellow Rose Award – Given to a Ticktocker(s) who completes seventy-five (75) hours of service in combined Chapter philanthropies

Yellow Rose Bouquet Award – Given to a Ticktocker(s) who completes one hundred (100) hours of service in one Chapter philanthropy.

Hourglass Award – Given to a Ticktocker(s) who completes one hundred (100) hours of service in combined Chapter philanthropies.

Service Award Certificate – Given to all Ticktockers within a Chapter who meet their obligations for Philanthropy hours, League Hours and Meeting Credits.
